SEE Change Initiative (Empowered Entrepreneur/Employee Training)

Personal-agency training programs (Empowered Entrepreneur / Empowered Employee) designed through a gender and socio-cultural lens and locally adapted: participants examine belief systems, set goals across life areas, and learn mental tools for purposeful action — goal setting, communication, systematic planning, active problem solving. Trialed in resource-poor settings (Kenyan energy micro-entrepreneurs: doubled business longevity, near-tripled sales).
