Active Listening
The foundational listening exercise in its many dressings: in pairs, one person speaks about something real while the listener gives full attention — no interrupting, no advising — then reflects back what they heard, and both examine where judgment and interpretation crept in. The gateway practice that half the collections in this directory carry under their own name.
