What's My Plan of Action
The closing worksheet of the training, which turns everything before it into something dated. Participants write why they want the work at all, restate or redraw their vision, then name the barriers and set goals against them — first step, when, how, what skills or resources it needs, how they will know it is done — repeating for a second step, and finishing on the challenges they expect and what they will do about them.
- A plan written on the last day of a training and never revisited is the common failure here; the handbook's own follow-up section exists for that reason
