A four-part structure for a persuasive message — Engage, Problem, Inform, Call to action — taught one step at a time, with participants drafting their own on a topic they choose as each step is explained. Built for speaking to a neighbour or running a community meeting as much as for presenting, and the facilitator circulates while people write rather than lecturing through it.
