Movement first — fifteen minutes of dance or active play with music, enough to raise the heart rate — then participants lie down, still breathing hard, and hold a conversation with their own body. The curriculum uses the raised attention to connect bodily awareness with health, including the household air pollution its parent programme exists to reduce.
