Understanding & Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
Builds directly on the Tree of Life: hopes are shaped by what a person believes they can be, and those beliefs come from their roots. The group names the doubting thoughts that arrive alongside a goal — the handbook's "limiting beliefs" — shares them aloud, learns to reframe them, and practises the reframed version. A short companion piece introduces intentions as the form a reframed belief takes.
- Sharing a limiting belief aloud exposes something a person may never have said; keep the round voluntary
- Reframing must not slide into denying real constraints — the handbook's own examples are about self-doubt, not about structural barriers
