Personal Behavior Change (five-step process)

Disclosure · what is sharedoptional

A repeatable five-question process for a behaviour or emotional pattern someone wants to shift: Awareness (what am I actually doing), Meaning (why does changing it matter to me), Vision (how would I like to be), Mind shift (what must I let go of), Growth step (what is my next concrete move). A review question follows the work — did I do what I set out to do — which is what makes it a process rather than a single sitting.

Hold with care
  • Step 4 asks what must be let go of, which can open more than a behaviour — the handbook places its Letting Go exercise nearby for that reason
