Two people each make a request of the third, who says aloud how each lands in the body and the feelings as it arrives, then weighs them out loud and chooses one — or counter-offers. Requests need not be doable in the time. Made, its creator says, as training for people-pleasers: being truly selfish with what you want to receive.
