A thirty-minute resilience reflection in five moves. Retreat: write down, in detail, a view that challenged or puzzled you. Reflect: examine why it confronted you and what values and strengths you hold on the issue. Reframe: work both perspectives and your environmental awareness into a bigger picture without judgement. Return: plan how to re-enter the conversation, reframing their view positively. Resilience: name the strengths and inner resources you just used.
