A 90-page playbook for coaches, coaching supervisors and consultants who work with political and civic leaders on sustainable decision-making and policy. Six iterative steps — Coaches as Catalysts, Grasping Climate Politics, Climate Science in Action, Holistic Transformation, Amplifying Action, Power of Storytelling — each built as lettered two-page spreads of WHY?, WHAT? and HOW?, where the HOW? page carries the practical activity. Eleven of the twenty-five spreads are runnable exercises and are recorded here; the rest orient the coach in politics, climate science and mindset theory. Step 4 presents the Inner Development Goals framework directly and recommends the IDG Toolkit; the whole playbook leans on the CCA's Eco-Phase Cycle.
