Understanding Identities
A four-part coaching conversation for leaders whose pro-environment values collide with their professional identity. Explore environmental identity, starting from the coach's own story; explore social identity and what workplace contexts reward; name contradictory values through the idea of ethical blindness and what the conflict costs the client's wellbeing; then forge new actions that fit both their values and their organisational context.
