Coaching with Compassion
An approach to coaching political leaders that starts from care rather than correction: build a learning agenda toward the client's ideal self, treat change as a learning process, avoid 'ought' and shaming narratives, use reflective prompts — who do I really want to be, what do I want to do with my life, how can I enact my values and strengths — and have the client imagine their ideal self as a regenerative leader, down to legacy and the resources the future asks of them.

Origin
CCA Political Pod (Shaping Tomorrow, Step 4.D)
The playbook applies coaching with compassion — the approach its references credit to Boyatzis and colleagues — to climate politics, tied to its Eco-Phase Cycle.
