Mindful Nature Walk
The entry-level nature-connection practice: a walk in forest or park with attention deliberately in relationship — naming trees, listening to layered sounds, feeling the carrying ground, smelling and tasting the air, sinking into the visual field. Everyday habits are left behind so that something new can emerge; open questions are allowed to walk along.

The research hook the report cites: nature-connectedness rises with time outdoors, and childhood outdoor time predicts adult environmental responsibility. The walk is the low-threshold dose; the quest is the deepening.
