Impression Spectrum
One person takes the hot seat and closes their eyes; one end of the room is — in the manual's own words — 'I fucking love this person', the other 'I really don't like how this person is showing up', and everyone stands where their honest experience of them falls. Eyes open: take it in, and ask up to three people why they stand there — who may explain or pass. Edgy but juicy, the manual says, and a lead-in to withholds.
