Higher Self-Talk
One person stands behind their chair as their higher self, and the group interviews it about them: how do you feel about Rob, does Rob listen to you, what do you want to tell him — or what is your purpose. Five to seven minutes each. The manual calls it a self-focused Guru Game and a practice of self-discovery.
