Three signs are put up — yes, no, maybe. The leader reads a statement and everyone stands beside the sign that matches their view, discusses it with the others there, and then shares whatever they choose with the whole group. Hand signals agreed in advance work as an alternative.
Hold with care
- Positions are public; 'maybe' is the only cover the design offers
- What it costs depends on the statements, which the sheet leaves to the leader
- The sheet notes only what people choose to share goes to the whole group, and that is worth stating aloud before the first statement
