Each person in turn becomes the focus, and for a minute or two the group calls out single words for them — a quality, an impact, an attribute — anyone speaking, repeats allowed, until the words overlap into a collage; 'thank you' ends it and the next person goes. Used at the end of trainings, meetings and birthdays, and whenever the author wants to make someone blush.
