Shadow Criticism
Voice a criticism of the event, its presentation or its facilitators, and let the others inquire into what in you the criticism might also be about — a wish to push yourself regardless of others, a habit of following instructions over demanding value, a wish for the moment to be different. From an Integral facilitator; the manual stresses it is not meant to invalidate the criticism.
