Stand in front of a semicircle of six to eight and say three to five physical sensations you feel right now, with their flavours, then three to five emotions, with theirs — no story around either. Sit; next person. Made to train sustaining presence while a group's attention is on you, from a definition of stage fright as 'an unwillingness to feel what you're feeling in front of people'; a Shy Circling version starts with eyes closed.
