To create recurring opportunities for team members to express appreciation for each other. Include a brief appreciation round in regular team meetings: each person has the opportunity (not requirement) to acknowledge something a colleague has done that they appreciate, kept brief and specific. An ongoing team scaffold (meeting element), run weekly or biweekly, not as a one-off session.
