Each person gives a one-to-ten number for how they are, then says how they are doing physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially or spiritually, thirty to sixty seconds a category, while the others only listen. An answer to 'how are you' that cannot be 'fine'. Add R for relationally to make P.I.E.R.S.
