Owning Our Judgments
Round one: everyone voices an unowned judgment that is true for them right now — 'I feel like this game is stupid.' Round two: each repeats it and says what is more true underneath — 'what's more true for me is that I feel unsatisfied and crave something more edgy.' The facilitator goes first both times. A short lesson in the difference between 'I feel like' and 'I feel'.
