Options Place
A meeting without a preset agenda: participants post the topics they care about on a breakout board, sessions run in parallel stations, and people move freely to wherever they contribute or learn most. Liberating Structures' compact successor to Open Space thinking for ordinary meeting lengths, distributing control of content and process to the room.
