Noting
In pairs, holding eye contact, one person speaks a single word for whatever passes through awareness — thought, sensation, itch, fear, blankness — for three minutes or more, then roles swap. Meditation's labelling practice done out loud and in company, which the manual reports drops people into presence fast.
