Noticing and responding to struggles
To ensure that when team members are struggling, the team notices and responds supportively. Create practices that help the team stay attuned to member wellbeing: • Check-ins that invite sharing about how people are doing, not just task updates • One-on-one conversations with attention to wellbeing… An ongoing team scaffold (team practice), run continuous, not as a one-off session.
