Around the circle, each person tells the one on their left something they themselves would like to hear — 'you're not going to fall apart', 'your mother loves you', 'you don't have to be perfect' — spoken directly, as if to themselves. The manual calls it one of its favourites, sweet or intense as common needs come into shared view.
