Mirror of Perception
The group names qualities it sees in one person, popcorn-style, and that person holds up one to five fingers for how true each feels from inside; then they name qualities they see in themselves and the group rates those. A minute to say what they noticed, and the next person goes. The fastest way the manual knows to see where self-image and the outside view part company.
