Meet My Essence
Mill and introduce yourself as the self you first show people — and say how and why you show up that way: 'I'm really loving and warm and soft when I meet people, so you HAVE to love me.' A participant called it five years of therapy in fifteen minutes; the manual says it leads to tears and cheers and that space for shares is essential.
- The 'why' is where the game lives and where it cuts — the manual's own examples are about the pain of not being welcomed and the fear of being found displeasing
- The Meet My Light and Shadow variation asks for the self that appears when under-resourced; that is deeper than the base game and needs the same shares
