Meditation on Meeting Needs
A ten-minute guided meditation on the machinery underneath consumption: resting with the breath, participants observe moods and feelings as they shift, and notice the subtle sense of NEEDING that rides along — the pull to keep a pleasant state or change an unpleasant one. Feelings, needs and the impulse to act watched like clouds, before anything is bought.

The inner hinge of the BiNKA curriculum: consumption research's finding that the need-feeling loop precedes the purchase, made observable. Pairs naturally with NVC's needs vocabulary from the other direction.
