Lens of Attention

Trust · group readiness★★some
Disclosure · what is sharedoptional
The group answers the stem 'When I put my attention on ___, I notice ___' — first on objects the leader picks (breath, body, heart, the connection), then on anything anyone proposes, including a person in the room or a quality someone just named. Attention becomes a shared instrument the group steers together, and struggling to focus is itself something to notice.
Hold with care
- Once a person can be named as the lens ('put our attention on Jessica'), the game becomes live feedback for whoever is named; the manual does not add guidance for that turn, so the facilitator should expect it
