Disclosure · what is sharedrequired

One person says what they are feeling right now; the other may only ask 'what's that like?' — or 'what's it like to feel sad and be smiling at the same time?' — for two to five minutes, then swap. Restrictive on purpose, the manual says, like lifting weights: it builds the muscle of staying with a feeling's layers, and pairs ran it without a facilitator present.
