Distillation
One person speaks for two minutes to something on their heart; a second reflects back exactly what they heard; the speaker clarifies; a third says what they took from the whole exchange; the speaker sums the heart of it in one sentence, which is then shared with the room. The manual presents it as a variant of its Empathy game, aimed at getting to what matters most about a topic.
