After-action reviews
To extract learning from completed projects while experience is still fresh. Following completion of a project or significant event, gather involved team members. Address four questions: 1. What did we intend to accomplish? 2. What actually happened? 3. Why did it happen that way—what… An ongoing team scaffold (review session), run after significant projects, not as a one-off session.
