Acts of Kindness in Daily Life
The behavioural wing of compassion training: deliberately practising generosity, hospitality or kindness toward specific people — someone close, someone neutral, someone difficult — and toward the wider world (voluntary work, hosting, conscious consumption). Compassion trained by doing compassionate things, with the inner ability following the outer act.
- Kindness toward a difficult person is advanced practice — start where goodwill is genuine, not performed
- Watch helper's over-extension; compassion includes yourself (the report's own sequence starts with self-compassion)

The Phase 2 report grounds this in its survey data (volunteering, hosting a refugee family, conscious consumption as inner-development practice) — which is why Conscious Use of Resources (A3) appears in the mapping.
