Value Clarification
From a printed list of roughly fifty values, pick the ten you are most drawn to without analysing why, then cut to three in five minutes on instinct alone. The guide's framing is that values sit beneath attitudes, which sit beneath behaviour — so naming them explains patterns in how you already act rather than setting an aspiration.
