One at a time, people walk from one wall to the opposite one with their eyes closed, trying to stop as close to the wall as they can. Someone always spots so that nobody walks straight into it — and the page notes that doing it at a run takes considerably more courage. The suggestion is that you spot the person who goes after you.

Hold with care
  • Walking, or running, at a wall with eyes closed — the spotter is the entire safety system and the source says so
  • The running version raises the consequence of a late catch sharply and should be a separate decision, not an escalation in the moment
