The Space Making
A seconds-scale daily micro-practice for Co-creation Skills (VCoL collection): In group discussions, notice who has not spoken. Create space by: pausing to let quieter people enter the conversation, directly inviting input, or redirecting attention to unacknowledged contributions. Practised many times a day, with a brief evening reflection, until the move becomes automatic.
