The Inner Weather Report
A seconds-scale daily micro-practice for Self-Awareness (VCoL collection): Pause for 5-10 seconds and direct attention inward. Notice: What emotion am I feeling right now? What is my energy level? Is my mind calm, busy, foggy, or clear? Simply notice without trying to change anything. Practised many times a day, with a brief evening reflection, until the move becomes automatic.
