The Symbiosis Meditation
An eight-minute guided imagination journey through the elements of your own body — earth (bones, teeth, weight), water (blood, inner oceans), air (breath, oxygen), fire (heat, the mitochondria that were once free-living bacteria) — each visualized inside, then connected outward to the same element in the living world, ending with the unbroken chain of heartbeats and cooperation that carried you here. Science imagery made felt: interdependency as experience, not concept.

The Relating dimension's imagination-activism exemplar in the Phase 2 Toolkit: hope-oriented by design ("rather than fighting the old, build the new"), which is why Hope and Optimism appears in the mapping alongside Connectedness.
