Structured approach to repair
To provide a framework for repair conversations when harm has occurred. When addressing harm, a repair conversation typically moves through stages: 1. The harmed person describes the impact—not to attack, but to help the other person understand 2. The person who caused harm… An ongoing team scaffold (facilitated conversation), run when needed, not as a one-off session.
- Repair and resentment work opens real wounds; a facilitator able to hold emotional process, voluntary participation, and follow-through are part of the design
