Strategy Knotworking (SKW)
A whole strategy process as one composed arc (~6 hours, or split over days): the group works through six questions — purpose, honest baseline, shifting context, competing challenges (paradox), ambition, and next steps with evaluation — each powered by embedded Liberating Structures, moving 1-2-4-All style from individual reflection to shared ownership. Strategy everyone wrote is strategy everyone carries.
