Disclosure · what is sharedoptional
A quiet opener: each person draws a spiral and, guided by four prompts read slowly aloud, writes brief reflections into its quadrants — arriving, noticing, remembering, intending. Private by default, with optional pair sharing. Gives reflective and quieter voices a way into the room before the talkers set the tone.
