A repair practice for after classroom or team "hot moments": once a discussion has run too intense, the group returns to it deliberately — reflecting on what happened, exchanging how it landed, and restoring working relationship before moving on. Conflict aftermath treated as curriculum, not embarrassment.

Prerequisites

  • A real hot moment the group shared; enough cooling time for reflection, not so much that it calcifies
Hold with care
  • Whoever was hurt in the original moment must not be re-exposed by the repair — check in individually first
