Question Ambassador
Two concentric circles of chairs; each person chooses one stem they will ask everyone, asks it for a minute, answers their partner's for a minute, and the outer circle rotates. A way to run an intimate survey of a whole room on the question you most want answered — and a blindfolded version where the inner circle never knows who is asking.
- The blindfolded variation tells askers to 'lean into their edge'; the manual pairs that with a reminder that answerers can request confidentiality, which the facilitator has to make real
