Progressive assumption testing
To test critical assumptions before committing fully to a plan. When facing a significant decision: 1. Identify the 2-3 most critical assumptions (15 min). What has to be true for this to work? 2. Rank by uncertainty and importance (5 min). Which are we most uncertain… An ongoing team scaffold (analysis session), run for significant decisions, not as a one-off session.
