To enable team members to learn from each other's experiences and expertise. Monthly or bimonthly, dedicate 30-45 minutes to peer learning. One or two team members share something they have learned recently—a technique, a lesson from a project, a useful resource. Rotate who shares so… An ongoing team scaffold (learning session), run monthly, not as a one-off session.
