To build the team's ability to notice recurring patterns across situations. Periodically hold a discussion specifically focused on patterns: Internal patterns: What situations keep recurring? What problems do we solve repeatedly? Are there patterns in what goes well and what does not?… An ongoing team scaffold (dialogue session), run monthly or quarterly, not as a one-off session.
