Multi-horizon tracking
To make visible the team's progress and impact across multiple time horizons. Create a simple tracking tool that includes indicators across at least three time horizons: Operational indicators (weekly/monthly): How are we doing on immediate deliverables? Strategic indicators… An ongoing team scaffold (tracking system), run at regular reviews, not as a one-off session.
