Mudra Theatre
Chairs face one side of the room; whoever steps on stage expresses whatever arises, for as long as the facilitator lets it cook, with one rule: nothing they thought of beforehand. Then a few minutes of noticings and appreciations from the room. An Austin favourite for evenings and campfires, descended from practices Chögyam Trungpa brought to Naropa.

Origin
Robert MacNaughton, with variation by Sara Ness; based on practices Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche brought to the Boulder community with the Naropa Institute — Mudra space awareness (Trungpa / Naropa); carried into Authentic Relating (Authentic Relating Games Manual, 2025 edition)

Variation in the manual: Mudra Leader — six minutes with a 'leadership stick', then two shares of impact and an optional critical or positive one.
