Every chair in the circle carries one facilitation role — Sensor, Reflector, Empath, Group Mother, Witness, Depth Charge, Romantic, Dissenter, Body Tracker, Stud Finder, Time Traveler, Truth Seeker, Speaker for the Moment — and one chair is the Circlee. Whoever sits in a chair may use only that chair's tool; there is no facilitator; after five to fifteen minutes everyone moves one chair left. A training game that breaks a complex practice into parts so people find their blind spots and superpowers — for circling, the manual says, or any facilitation method.
